Welcome Morgan to the Team

BridgeQuest is proud to welcome Morgan Parton as our new Administrative Assistant. Morgan will be the friendly point-of-contact when you call or visit our office. She will also manage an array of duties such as appointment scheduling, marketing, event planning, and office operations.

Morgan comes to us from Huntsville, Alabama and brings a unique skillset of both creativity and precision. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from The University of South Alabama in addition to experience wearing lots of hats within a small office.

What about Steph?...

Correspondingly, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Steph Whitehill to Client Services Director. As you know, you can rely on Steph to keep your client experience running smoothly. Steph will continue to guide clients through the onboarding process, as well as be your main point-of-contact for account-related needs and changes.

Additionally, Steph will be expanding our Benefits Planning Process for career changing clients, using her knowledge of insurance and the complexities of Medicare to help make the decision-making process seem a little less complicated.

Much of our company success can be attributed to Steph’s care and diligence during her four years with us and we’re excited for her to take on this expanded role.
